Bellatech Solutions (NYSE: BELTS), is a multinational American technology and services conglomerate incorporated in the State of Maryland. In 2009, Forbes ranked Bellatech Solutions as the world's largest company. The company has 378,451employees around the world.
History of BellaTech Solutions
By 1990, Vincent Scuzleoni and his business partner Gustavo Meucci moved several of their business interest to America under one corporation to form The Ginacio Company. Over the next 10 years Scuzleoni and Meucci maneuvered multiple strategic acquisitions of their competitors. Subsequently, The Ginacio Company was restructured by 2000 and formed BellaTech Solutions.
To accommodate what he envisioned being a massive conglomerate, in 1995, Vincent Scuzleoni commissioned the building of BellaTechPlaza. The crowning achievement of BellaTech Plaza would be BellaTechTower, a mile high skyscraper designed primarily by his then 6 year old daughter Annabella. Ground was broken on BellaTech Plaza on May 22nd, 1997. The plaza along with its tower was completed on October 9th, 2007. BellaTech Plaza houses nearly 30% BellaTech Solutions worldwide staff and is a prominent landmark on Crimson's Potomac Island skyline. BellaTech Tower is now the tallest freestanding structure on earth and has been named one of the 7 wonders of the modern world.
In 2000 BellaTech Solutions acquired the floundering aeronautics firm Locus Aviation. Bellatech then established its aviation engineering division BellaTech Aviation Solutions(BTA). BTA, guided by the engineering genius of its CTO Annbella Scuzleoni, patented numerous advanced engine designs for commercial and military crafts, and later for space craft. By 2003 BTA was renamed BellaTech Aerospaceemerging as the world's largest engine manufacturers.
As a byproduct of its advance engine designs BellaTech Solutions became a world leader in the computer technology field including flight simulators, personal computers, computer processors, hard-light imagining, and artificial intelligence. Currently its electronics division, BellaTech Electronics, is the world's 2ndlargest computer technology company.
After the sudden cancelation of the animated action-adventure Robeast Wars, a favorite of Annabella Scuzleoni, BellaTech Solutions purchased several cable networks including Anime-nation and several news outlets and formed STN Mediain 2002. Since that time STN Media has purchases several television and movie assets, becoming the fourth largest media conglomerate in the world.
BellaTech Solutions is composed of a number of businesses, each of which is itself a vast enterprise. In fact, many of these businesses would, even as a standalone company, rank in the Fortune 500. The list of BellaTech Solutions businesses varies over time as the result of acquisitions, divestitures and reorganizations.
In 2002 BellaTech Solutions launched the subdivision BellaTech Eco-Solutions (BES). Over the years BES has positioned itself as a leader in environmental technology creating "green" applications for industrial manufacturing, waste disposal, recycling, hybrid conveyance design, and alternative energy solutions.
BellaTech Aerospace is currently a leader in various applications related to space exploration and off world construction. The company is spearheading the terraforming project that would see Mars inhabitable by the year 2015, as well as the construction of the Moon Gulag, Luna Gaol 9 (LG9).
