The following are profiles of individuals currently in violations of federal law(s) and sanctioned for capture by registered alternative fugitive retrieval operatives.
This list will be posted on a secured server, accessable only by approved alternative fugitive retrieval agents. Said agents will register claims for the apprehension of listed malofactors. Once captured any federal or civilian monetary rewards for capture will be paid solely to operatives with a registered claim.
This listing is circulated nationally, and in some cases, internationally under the designation; Eberhard Fugitive Saction Listings, also know in the fugitive retrieval community as, The Black Sheets.
