Despite being a public figure, very little is known of Vincent's personal life.  During his formative years, Vincent's father was murdered, an innocent victim of the Ciaculli Massacre of 1963 in Ciaculli, Sicily.  His fathers' death is said to have been the motivating force in Vincent pursuing a career in law enforcement at the age of 18 and eventually becoming a commander in Sicily's famed anti-mafia task force.  La Mano Blanco.  While Vincent's service record is classified, it is known that he received numerous commendations for his efforts during the second, or Great, Mafia War of the early 80's.  Vincent retired after 15 years of service with full honors and became head of the Scuzleoni family's construction business, Bella Villa Construction in 1988.  Nothing is known of Vincents' activities during the next two years other than the passing of his wife Gina and the birth of his daughter Annabella.

          
    During his time as head of Bella Villa Construction, Vincent expanded the company's holdings via a whirlwind of hostile takeovers.  His shrewd business acumen and ruthless disposition has made him one of the most feared and hated executives in the world, despite his many philanthropic endeavors.  In 1990, Vincent founded The Ginacio Company; ten years later The Ginacio Company would be restructured into BellaTech Solutions.
